These terms apply to every order placed on this website, which is run by Lavina. By placing an order you agree to them. Nothing in them affects your legal rights as a consumer.

1. Who we are

Lavina is an online shop based in the UK. You can contact us at support.lavina@gmail.com.

2. Our products

Lavina Lash Serum is a cosmetic product. Follow the directions on the pack. Stop using it if you get any irritation, and speak to a pharmacist or doctor if it doesn't settle. Keep it out of the reach of children.

Results vary from person to person. Images marked "Illustration" show the kind of result people use it for, not a promise of yours.

3. Prices and offers

Prices are in pounds sterling (GBP) and include any VAT that applies. Any delivery charge is shown at checkout before you pay. Offers such as Buy 1, Get 1 Free are applied at checkout. We may change prices or end an offer at any time, but not for an order you've already placed.

4. Your order

When you place an order, we'll email you to confirm we've received it. The contract between us starts when we send that confirmation. If we can't supply your order, for example because of a pricing error or because it's out of stock, we'll tell you and refund anything you've paid.

5. Delivery

Delivery options and estimated times are shown at checkout, and our Shipping policy has the details. Your order is your responsibility once it has been delivered to the address you gave us.

6. Returns, refunds and our guarantee

Our Refund policy explains the 60-day money-back guarantee and your legal right to cancel.

7. Our responsibility to you

If we don't keep to these terms, we're responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of that. We aren't responsible for loss or damage that isn't foreseeable. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law doesn't allow us to limit.

8. Using this website

You may use this website to shop for your own personal use. Please don't misuse it, try to disrupt it, or copy its content for commercial use. The text, images and branding on this site belong to Lavina or are used with permission.

9. Your privacy

We use your personal information as described in our Privacy policy.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The terms that apply to your order are the ones shown on this page when you placed it.

11. The law that applies

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. You can bring legal proceedings in the courts of England and Wales or, if you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, in the courts there.
