The delivery options, costs and estimated delivery times for your address are shown at checkout, before you pay.

When your order ships

We'll email you when your order is on its way. If tracking is available for your delivery, the email includes the tracking link.

Problems with a delivery

If your order hasn't arrived by the latest estimated date, or arrives damaged, email us at support.lavina@gmail.com with your order number and we'll look into it.
